Plan Your Visit
Welcome to the University of Notre Dame!
Commencement Weekend promises to be filled with memorable moments and opportunities to reminisce with your graduating student. The links provided here will assist with planning your weekend. Be sure to check the Frequently Asked Questions page.
The Commencement Accommodations Office provides registration for reserving on-campus housing in student residence halls. Because students are still residing in the halls at this time, a limited quantity of housing is available in the student residence halls for the nights of May 18, 19, and 20 only. Meal tickets will also be available for special events. The cost for a room is $46 per person per night. Due to the limited supply and the high demand for on-campus housing, we ask you to extend the courtesy to consolidate your guest room needs. This will allow the Commencement Accommodations Office to accommodate as many families as possible. The link will be available the mid-March.
Tickets may be purchased in advance for the various meals on campus. A link will be available mid-March.
Throughout Commencement weekend, Guest Services representatives will be stationed across campus to assist fans (Saturday 2:00 PM - 6:45 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM). These Guest Services representatives can be identified by their green blazers and white Notre Dame baseball caps. The team is happy to help you with directions, campus information, and more.
Several shuttles will run across campus during the weekend (Saturday 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m.-6 p.m.).
For those with mobility limitations, golf carts and a van will operate from Noon to 8 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, and on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to provide assistance for those with limitations. A phone number will be provided as Commencement approaches.
